About Tricia

Hello, I’m Tricia. I bring over 20 years of professional experience in leadership and business ownership before answering the call to the counseling profession. My journey into counseling began with a passion for serving women facing significant life challenges, including incarceration, crisis pregnancies, and addiction. These early experiences shaped my deep commitment to compassionate, hope-filled care.

As I continued my education and clinical training, I worked with adults experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling from Trinity College of Florida in 2013 and my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2018.

Licensed in the state of Florida, my heart is to come alongside individuals during difficult seasons of life, offering guidance, encouragement, and hope as they move toward healing and freedom.

I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist. An EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ has voluntarily met standards of consultation, clinical practice, and continuing education to provide EMDR therapy. I am committed to fulfill ethical standards and is engaged in continuing education to maintain this status.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy volunteering with Veterans and am an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

My Philosophy

I believe in the God-given power of relationships and our deep need to connect with others. We were created for community—to talk, to laugh, to be accepted, and to feel valued. Through meaningful connection, healing and growth can take place.

I would be honored to come alongside you as you step into the authentic self that God created you to be. This is your life, and while you alone have the ability to make changes, you do not have to do it alone. I offer support, encouragement, and guidance as you seek positive, life-giving change.

Our counseling relationship is grounded in compassion, faith, and trust, creating a safe and supportive space to explore your challenges. Together, we will seek clarity, healing, and direction, inviting God’s presence into the process as you move toward hope, wholeness, and freedom.
